ABOUT AUSTRALIAN MINIATURE GOATS
Goats are a designer breed, they are genetically
small animals and come in all coat types from short, smooth, fluffy,
long and in all colours and colour patterns.
Our Mini goats make affectionate, inquisitive, playful
and intelligent pets.

Any goat under 3 years of age is referred to as miniature

miniature goats from "D" grade through "C",
"B", "A", to purebred and then onto
herdbook purebred. Please refer to the MGBAA
website for further information. Animals that do not hold registration certificates are not Australian Miniature Goats.
ABOUT AUSTRALIAN PYGMY GOATS
Pygmy Goats are derived from imported Pygmy goat semen and embryos.
A genetic recovery program of impregnating our Australian Miniature Goats with imported Full blood Pygmy semen is the way Australian Studs are working towards purebred Pygmy Goats.
Our Pygmy goats are cheeky, intelligent, playful little rascals.
Australian Pygmy Goats are a gradiating percentage of Pygmy Goat genetics to our Australian Miniature Goat genetics. DNA is required for a record of Pygmy percentage and to register a goat as an Australian Pygmy. For more information on breeding and registration please refer to the MGBAA
