A genetic recovery program of impregnating our Australian Miniature Goats with imported Full blood Pygmy semen is the way many Australian Studs are working towards purebred Pygmy Goats.
Our Pygmy goats are cheeky, intelligent, playful little rascals.
Pygmy Goats are graded by using the percentage of Pygmy Goat genetics to our Australian Miniature Goat genetics. DNA is required to keep a record of the Pygmy percentage and also to be able to register a goat as a Pygmy.
